How to make, change and cancel reservations.
To ensure that customers can relax and enjoy our services fully, each service is offered at the most approriate time. Kindly make a reservation at least one houre before your intended arrvial time. Your punctuality is much appreciated. If you have not made a reservation or arrive late, kindly wait for the next available service staff. Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please call and inform our receptionist at least 30 minutes before the booking time.
Respect for Privacy
To ensure a quiet space for all customers, we would ask you to restrain from using mobile phones While using our services.
Declaration of health – related issue
Please declare immediately to the receptionist or your therapist should you have allergy, high or low blood pressure, be pregnant, or have just undergone surgery, etc. This will help our therapist perform the most appropriate services to your health conditions.
Personal Belongings.
Placecare spa will not be held responsible for your personal belongings. Kindly put your personal belongings in the locker, keep the locker key in a safe place and check your belongings before leaving the premise.
Regulations on Membership Card
Once issued, membership cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or products. However, customer could exchange purchased services for other services of equivalent value or choose to pay the price difference in order to enjoy services of higher value.
